SD 4-H Outdoor State Archery Tournament

This two day event is open to EVERYONE (4-H kids, Coaches, Friends) 8 yrs and older as per 4-H rules and adults and will be used as two of the qualifying scores for 4-H Senior Age archers wanting to be considered for the 2024 4-H National Event held in Grand Island Nebraska.

Divisions:

4-H Beginner, Junior and Senior Compound and Recurve

Open Adult Compound and Recurve

Cost for the event is $30.00

Preregistration by May 15th is encouraged through Eventbrite (link coming soon)

Saturday: 8AM Explanation of the course and rules and open practice. 10am-1pm One half FITA Round 4-H National Event Format: 4-H Seniors and Adults 60 and 50 meters at 122cm target, 40 and 30 meters 80cm.

Juniors 50 and 40 meters at 122cm target, 30 and 20 meters at 80 cm target. Beginners 30 and 20 meters at 122 cm target, 10 meters double round at 80 cm target.

Saturday 1PM-5PM Following FITA Match there will be an explanation of the Field course and rules, setup, & practice.

Sunday 8AM-Noon 14 target NFAA Field Round using the NFAA field target faces. Max Distance for 4-H Seniors 60 yards, Juniors 50 yards, Beginners 30 yards, Adults 80 yards,. 1 hour after last score card is turned in Awards.
